Todd’s Leap based in Dungannon, one of Ireland’s leading and award winning outdoor activity centres and popular corporate entertainment venue has a heavy schedule of activates to keep track of.
The Problem: Todds Leap were in need of a state of the art booking and enquiries system to enable their customers the best possible Sales and After Sales Service.
The Solution: Blue Fin Software Solutions first became involved with Todd’s Leap in January 2011 to help with their extensive expansion plan. Following a prosperous year, Todd’s Leap required even further development to incorporate a 2nd phase to the system which included Pricing and Availability of Resources. This system replaced the monotonous day – to –day processes, creating a user friendly windows desktop application which enables them to track and process booking and payment much more efficiently. It has also greatly reduced human error risks such as double booking of activities and staff.
Software: The technology used for this system is a Windows desktop application developed in VB.NET with SQL server database.
